Impasto

Impasto is a web-based research and development project in collaboration with experimental music group dTHEd. The project aims to create a visually compelling audio-video installation that simulates brush strokes on a canvas, taking inspiration from Impressionist painting techniques and merging the aesthetics with a glitch-like appearance, providing a unique and abstract images. Through this approach, Impasto seeks to stimulate the viewer's senses and imagination, evoking a sense of wonder and curiosity. The project's custom software generates stunning visuals that are synchronized with the music, resulting in an immersive and engaging synesthetic experience.
